General terms and conditions
1. general
All services provided by the online store for the customer are provided exclusively on the basis of the following General Terms and Conditions in the version valid at the time of the respective conclusion of the contract. Deviating provisions shall only apply if they have been individually agreed between the online store and the customer.
2. conclusion of contract
2.1. The offers of the online store on the Internet represent a non-binding invitation to the customer to order goods in the online store.
2.2. By ordering the desired goods on the Internet, the customer makes a binding offer to conclude a purchase contract.
2.3. The online store confirms the receipt of the order immediately, at the latest after receipt of the order. The order confirmation as well as the acceptance of an order by telephone do not constitute a legal acceptance on our part. The acceptance of the offer by us takes place only when we bring the goods to you for shipment. You will receive (within a few days Note: see shipping times §4) a written shipping confirmation by e-mail. However, the customer is bound by his offer for no longer than (the length of the period should be reasonable, i.e. not too long. 3. cancellation policy
You have the right to cancel this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the date of acceptance of the goods. In order to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us by means of a clear declaration (e.g. a letter sent by post, fax or e-mail) of your decision to withdraw from this contract.

Consequences of the revocation
If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse you all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from the fact that you have chosen a type of delivery other than the favorable standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received the notification of your withdrawal from this contract. For this repayment, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged for this repayment.
4. delivery
4.1. All items will be shipped immediately if available from stock. ( ) Delivery is made both within Germany and to EU countries.
4.2. The delivery time within Germany is a maximum of 7 business days, unless otherwise stated in the offer. Thus, the delivery will be made at the latest within 8 working days (Monday to Friday, holidays excluded) after the payment order has been given to the transferring credit institution (in case of pre-payment) or after the conclusion of the contract (in case of surname or invoice purchase). For international deliveries, the delivery time is a maximum of 10 business days, unless otherwise specified in the offer. Thus, the delivery will be made within 11 working days at the latest (Monday to Friday, holidays excluded) after the payment order has been given to the transferring bank (in case of pre-payment) or after the conclusion of the contract (in case of surname or invoice purchase).
4.3. If an item is not available at short notice, we will inform you by e-mail about the expected delivery time, provided that we have an address from you.
Your statutory claims remain unaffected.
5. packing and shipping costs
5.1. We offer the following shipping methods: Items sold by us are mainly delivered by DHL. Our partners may use other transportation companies. Items will only be dispensed in quantities customary to the household.
